Mr. Bud Li-Lam is MINITRONICS co-founder and General Manager; he has been involved in all facets of the computer industry since the introduction of the PC, and brings more than twenty years of experience in business management and information technology. As a "hands-on" manager, he makes sure that all clients receive the best service and support the staff can provide. He keeps in touch with the needs and requirements of the market by constantly evaluating the new developments and advances that take place in the computer field. This knowledge allows him to better serve the extensive loyal client base, and to develop, motivate, and lead the technical personnel of the company. Bud is the guiding force of the company, he ensures that MINITRONICS always stays one step ahead of its competitors, it is able to undertake the challenges that faces the industry today, and continues to grow, expand and prosper well into the future. |

| Richard Zhang is a Microsoft Certified Professional and the Technology Support Specialist of the company. His specialty is Microsoft Windows 2000, NT Server Networks, Novell NetWare and Internet Support. His background in telecommunication equipment, hardware design and configuration makes him a very capable multi-platform specialist. | |
| Mark Zhu hold a Degree in Electronic Automation, and is the Hardware Support Specialist with experience in PC equipment repairs and troubleshooting He has attended many factory training courses as required by manufacturers such as Sharp Electronics, Matsushita/Panasonic, Brother,Intel and AMD. | |
| Jacky Yin holds a Degree of Technology in IT, and is the System Analyst and Software Support Specialist of the company. He works closely with clients to evaluate, design and implement system integration solutions. His multilingual, multi-platform language and programming ability makes him a valuable member of the team. He works with Oracle and MS Access under Microsoft NT Server and Windows 2000 Server. | |
