These are pre-paid services on a yearly basis. They cover the most commonly requested services by small businesses and professionals. It will save time and money since the client can budget ahead of time to allocate funds for equipment support, maintenance and service. There is no need to issue payment after each service call, and client will get a discounted rate.

| PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT |
| This service offers routine maintenance procedures to keep the computer equipment in good working condition. It includes cleaning, tuning and adjusting operating equipment such as the computer, monitor and printer. It does not cover repair or troubleshooting to defective equipment. All parts or consumables required or replaced to keep the equipment in good working order are billed separately. This service includes two visits per year per computer system. |
| ON-SITE SERVICE CONTRACT |
| This service offers on-site services to maintain, configure, troubleshoot or repair malfunctioning equipment. Arrangement for service is made at the requested of the client on an on-call basis. On-Site Contracts are purchased in blocks of 10, 20 or 30 hours, according to the estimated amount of service or support needed by the client. Each service performed will deduct the time spent on the repair from the block of time purchased. Once all the time purchased is used up, and new block of time can be purchased. |
| REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT |

This option will offer live technical support to software related problems on a remote basis. The technician will be able to access the computer through a remote connection. He will perform any required diagnostic or troubleshooting as if he was in front of the equipment himself. This will save considerable time and money to the client, since the rate will be lower than on-site service and the response time will be immediate. This service is ideal for non-hardware related problems where no components need to be replaced or repaired. |
