DATA
RECOVERY SERVICES
|
|
One fact about data crash is that, in many situations, most of the data can be recovered. Some projects may require several days, or even weeks to complete. Usually, about 75% of all recoveries can be accomplished in less than 72 hours, and the average data recovery success rate is 85%. |
| VIRUS DETECTION & REMOVAL |
| This service provides fast deployment of the latest Virus Detection and Removal Utilities and techniques to eliminate or isolate potentially fatal viruses, when detected at an early stage. Some viruses are very difficult to remove completely, and in some instances, data that may already be damaged will need to be repaired or recovered. Usually when infection has not reached critical situation, the chances of saving the data from damage is good. In most cases, viruses can be eliminated on-site; however, more difficult cases may require work in-shop where additional resources are available. |
| DATA RECOVERY / HD CRASH RECOVERY |
|
This service provides for deployment of specialized utilities and techniques to recover damaged data caused by deletion, corruption, virus infection or even hard drive crashes. Ideally, this recovery should be done in-shop, where more resources and conditions are available for a faster and more efficient recovery. The client should provide the following information:
A trained technician performs an evaluation of the condition of the data as well as the media.A recommendation with an estimated cost of recovery is provided to the client within 72 hours. Most data lost due to software problems, may be repaired and recovered at a reasonable cost. However, data lost caused by media crashes or Hard Drive internal failure, that needs the use of a special "clean room" environment and specialized tools, may dramatically increase the cost of recovery. |
| SYSTEM REPLACEMENT / DATA TRANSFER |
|
This service allows a client to replace an older computer with a newer one, or to install a new hard drive in the present computer without losing the data. A trained technician will carefully transfer any or all data required to the new equipment. |
