This service provides the most economical and efficient way to troubleshoot or repair a computer. This is ideal for home users that do not require urgent repairs and can wait for a few days. Repairs are performed in-shop by trained technicians on a scheduled basis, and billed by the hour. The typical turn around time is approximately three to four days. |
| RUSH IN-SHOP SERVICE: |
| This service provides priority in-shop repair services for customers that require the computer fixed ASAP at a reasonable price. Repairs are performed in-shop by trained technicians as quickly as possible and billed by the hour. The computer can be repaired usually on the same day. |
| REGULAR ON-SITE SERVICE: |
| This service is designed for small business or corporations that require their system installed, configured or repaired on-site. In some cases, due to limitations, lack of resources or specialized equipment needed to complete the repair on-site, the technician may bring the equipment to the shop for completion and testing. The repaired equipment will be returned to the site promptly. On-site rate is billed by the hour. The service can be scheduled at a convenient time with a day or two notice. |
| EMERGENCY ON-SITE SERVICE: |

This service offers the same features as the regular On-Site Service, but it provides for same day response and repair. In the event that the equipment cannot be repairable the same day, it may be taken to the shop for rush repair and returned on the shortest time possible, or other arrangements could be made. This service is ideal for businesses or individuals that require their equipment urgently repaired on-site. In most cases, the computer is repaired the same day. |
